We are planning a range of attractions and facilities to make sure you get the best out of your time at University. Shay Meshulam , Operations Director, says,
‘I have always wanted to be part of a project of this kind. I was once a student myself living in miserable,
dilapidated accommodation. I consider myself to be a product of education and I am grateful of all the achievements that
education has given me. Because of this, I want to give something back and provide students with a better standard of
living.
A University education is about more than your studies - it’s an education in all areas of life and can be a
wonderful time for any young person. The digs vision is to provide a self contained village to help students live and
learn in a safe, secure and thoroughly entertaining and stimulating environment.’

Our Operations Manager for both Sheffield and Lincoln, Angela McKinney, spends her time evenly between both sites overseeing the smooth running of all operations. Should you have any matters that you can’t resolve with the on site teams then Angela is always available to speak to.

The Huddersfield Operation has a dedicated accommodation office for all your accommodation needs.
Accommodation Manager Miri Greaves, Accommodation Officers Belinda Balmer and Samantha Barnes will be your regular
contacts and are based at the Accommodation Office in the University. Please feel free to pop in if you need any
assistance or guidance.

The Sheffield Operation has a dedicated on site team for all your accommodation needs. Richard, Helen and Steve are located in the office on the ground floor of Block B which is open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of those hours we have 24 hour emergency cover to ensure someone is always available for you.

The Lincoln Operation has a dedicated on site team for all your accommodation needs. Judith, Charlotte and Lisa are located in the office on the ground floor of Block A which is open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of those hours we have 24 hour emergency cover to ensure someone is always available for you.
