The Ubrique Operations team consists of Operations Director, Shay Meshulam and Operations Manager Trac’e Preston, who are based at Storthes Hall Park. Accommodation Manager, Yvonne Walsh and Accommodation Officers Miri Greaves and Belinda Balmer who will be your regular contacts at the Accommodation Office at Queensgate.

Trading as digs, Ubrique are dedicated to bringing you the very best in student accommodation. The digs vision is about much more than bricks and mortar and our accommodation is the beginning of a much wider picture.

We are planning a range of attractions and facilities to make sure you get the best out of your time at University.

Shay Meshulam says,

‘I have always wanted to be part of a project of this kind. I was once a student myself living in miserable, dilapidated accommodation. I consider myself to be a product of education and I am grateful of all the achievements that education has given me. Because of this, I want to give something back and provide students with a better standard of living.

A University education is about more than your studies - it’s an education in all areas of life and can be a wonderful time for any young person. The digs vision is to provide a self contained village to help students live and learn in a safe, secure and thoroughly entertaining and stimulating environment.’
