Complete the on-line application form for the Hall of your choice listing all your requirements. This is an expression of interest and does not form a contract with the company, nor does it guarantee a you room with digs.

On receipt of the application an information pack will be sent to you. This will contain all the relevant information required to complete the accommodation booking.

Please complete all the relevant paperwork in the information pack. Please note that the Licence Agreement needs to be completed in duplicate and requires two guarantors.

Once you have a guaranteed offer of a place at the University and you have your results then you can return the fully completed Licence Agreements (in duplicate) and other documentation in order to secure your room. At this stage you also need to forward a cheque/postal order made payable to Ubrique Services Ltd for £150. This amount represents £100.00 deposit and £50.00 booking fee. It is at this stage that you are entering a legally binding contract with the company and you will be held to the terms of the licence agreement.

In the case of OVERSEAS students, it is advisable to pay the £150.00 by bankers draft, postal order or a cheque which can be drawn on a British based bank. Cheques should be made payable to Ubrique Services Ltd.
