How Do I Book?
It’s easy. There are three ways to do this:
1. Register on this site and follow the booking procedure explained in our
how to book section
2. Telephone our office for an application form to be posted to you
3. If your passing - just pop in.
What Does The Weekly Rent Cover?
Everything! The weekly price covers the cost of renting of your room and using the shared facilities of the property. It also includes the internet package and all your bills so no surprises!

Yes. Normal TV Licensing Authority regulations apply. All homes in the UK require a TV licence. For more information on TV licensing visit: www.tvlicensing.co.uk. Please note that Ubrique are not held responsible for ensuring you have a TV licence.

If you are a full time student living with Ubrique then you will not need to pay council tax.
Back to topCan I Have Guests Staying Overnight?
It is your home so yes you can have a guest stay overnight one night per week. The guest must be signed in at reception for health and safety regulations.
Back to topCan I Live With My Friends?
Yes we would be happy to make you a group booking. There is a facility on your application form to add the names of persons you wish to live in the same flat and/or room with. Your friends also need to have the same names on their application.
Back to topCan I Change Rooms?
If you move in and do not like the room or you have friends in another flat that you wish to live with, then we will, wherever possible, try and move you. This is subject to space being available. A £30 administration charge is applicable.

If your property has car parking facilities then you can apply for a space. There may be an additional charge. However spaces are limited and so we advise you book early!

We have on site maintenance on hand in every property. To report an issue you will need to contact Reception/Site Security.
Back to topCan I Change My Mind?
Before signing the Licence Agreement you can cancel your booking.
Once you have completed and returned your Licence Agreement you will be liable for the full
term of the contract. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
